4 Ingredients and 10 minutes!

Going on 2 years of living the keto lifestyle and I never thought I’d find a sweetner I liked. So happy I found Sweet Leaf Stevia! True to it’s claim on the box, it doesn’t have any bitterness or aftertaste and it’s all natural. I use it sparingly and only make the occasional treat, cause let’s face it, at least for me, I went Keto to try and kick my “sweet tooth”. However, I’m still human and love being able to whip up this easy treat any night of the week and not kick myself out of ketosis!

What are you topping your treat with tonight? I just love the mix of sweet and salty and pecans are my preferred choice, but berries or sugar free chocolate chips would be great too!

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

6 oz cream cheese (softened)

Pinch of lemon zest or a couple drops of lemon extract

3 – 4 packets Sweet Leaf Stevia (depending on how sweet you want it)

Add pecans or berries or sugar free chocolate chips for a little extra treat

Beat whipping cream with mixer until thick, add in cream cheese, lemon and Sweet Leaf Stevia, mix on low until well blended. Chill at least 15 minutes before serving.

Top this treat with 5 Minute Keto Whipped Cream or add it to Keto Pancakes for a little more fun!
